My life has been one of both advancements and setbacks. Fortunately for me, my parents constantly stressed the importance of education. I recently graduated from Hudson County Community College with a liberal arts degree, and I transferred to Rutgers University in Newark to study Public Administration. I have grown fond of the humanities – the globe and people within. I aspire to learn more about urban development and study the industries that help expand and enhance land use. I am interested in architecture, consulting, and research and analysis, and I have hopes of one day running my own consulting company. Experiencing the ills and stagnation of urban areas firsthand has been the primary motivating force for me to continue in my pursuit of a higher education, and improve the lives of others.
